Summit Double Loops
The two routes presented below begin in the town of Summit. The first loop is the same as the Shingle Creek Loop route. Given that route is relatively short (14 miles), these routes offer more opportunity to explore this area. It is also possible to combine the second loops of each route.
Parking: Parking may be available in front of the Summit Grange (see location) and also may be available at the large gravel parking area across the road from the Grange that is owned by the Oregon Department of Transportation. There are no signs prohibiting public parking. No guarantees are provided regarding the legality and safety of these parking locations.
